Where and how fast

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC — not to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or internationally, and we don't offer local pickup. In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days from Las Vegas, Nevada, with tracking emailed when they go out; big releases and holidays can add a day or two. If anything will delay your order beyond that, we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Rates

• Free shipping on orders of $200 or more (after discounts, before tax), shipped insured.
• $6.49 Standard on lighter orders under $200 — packs, blisters, booster bundles, singles — by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
• Heavier orders under $200 (tins, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection and booster boxes) pay the USPS rate shown at checkout before you pay.

How we pack

Boxes, tins and collections ship in a corrugated box with bubble wrap so corners and shrink wrap arrive intact. Packs, blisters and bundles under $100 ship in a padded mailer. Singles ship in a penny sleeve and toploader, sealed in a team bag, in a padded mailer.

Addresses, orders and pre-orders

Each order ships on its own; we can't combine orders after they're placed. Check your address at checkout — we can change it only while the order is unshipped. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship once you pay the new shipping cost, or refund the order minus the original shipping. Pre-orders ship on or after the release date; an order that mixes pre-order and in-stock items ships together when the pre-order releases.
