Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

DelusionalQ TCG & Collectibles LLC, doing business as DelusionalQ Cards, 7345 S Durango Dr, Suite 107, PMB 1044, Las Vegas, NV 89113 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok or any other company.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway period

Each monthly giveaway runs from 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the calendar month through 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that month (the "Entry Period"). The first Entry Period runs from November 4, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 30, 2026; each later Entry Period is a full calendar month.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and every entry has an equal chance of winning:

Order entry. Each order placed on delusionalqcards.com during the Entry Period with a merchandise subtotal of $20.00 or more (after discounts, before shipping and tax) automatically earns one (1) entry. Orders that are canceled or refunded before the drawing are not eligible. Limit five (5) order entries per person per Entry Period.
Free entry. Send an email to delusionalq22@gmail.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and your full name and shipping state, or mail a postcard with the same information to the Sponsor address above, postmarked during the Entry Period. Each email or postcard counts as one (1) entry. Limit five (5) free entries per person per Entry Period. Free entries have exactly the same odds as order entries.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive one (1) factory-sealed Pokémon TCG product with an approximate retail value (ARV) of at least $35. The specific prize for each Entry Period is announced on delusionalqcards.com and Sponsor's social media at the start of that period. The November 2026 prize is one (1) Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Pitch Black Booster Bundle, ARV $40. The prize ships free, with tracking, to an address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. No cash substitute or transfer; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and notification

Within five (5) days after the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will select one winner at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must reply with an eligible shipping address within seven (7) days. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible or declines, an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor may post the winner's first name and last initial on its website and social media.

7. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. Personal information collected for entry is used only to administer the giveaway and is handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
